Vacuum Cleaner Vacuum Table

This is a very simple vacuum table I designed it to work with a vacuum cleaner when using the Core Sand Casting System. Not quite as much suction as a vacuum pump but it has still worked well. It fits a 1 inch hose only. Using a Phillips head screw driver it can be taken apart on the bottom if needed should metal or clay be sucked into the small blowout chamber.

Silicone pad uses a water bottle insert in the center to help keep clay from sucking through. It can also be changed as needed by the buyer. Just collect your water bottle tops that look the same, then using a fine ball bur just drill some holes. Not designed for investment casting.
